Self-awareness Conscious knowledge of one’s own character, feelings, motives, and desires.
Public Self-Awareness When people are aware of how they appear to others
Private Self-Awareness When people become aware of some aspects of themselves, but only in a private way.
Self-Efficacy People‘s judgments of their capabilities to organize and execute courses of action required to attain designated types of outcomes.
Entrepreneurial self-efficacy Individual’s belief in his or her ability to achieve various entrepreneurial tasks and affects entrepreneurial career choice and development.
Self-confidence It is an attitude about your skills and abilities. It means you accept and trust yourself and have a sense of control in your life.
Conciliation It is the part of the dispute resolution technique, which helps to resolve the issue between two business parties on a point of disagreement.
Arbitration It is an alternative form of dispute. The parties opt for private resolution instead of opting to go to court.
Mediation It is a "party-centered" process in that it is focused primarily upon the needs, rights, and interests of the parties.
Business conciliation It is a voluntary process in which a professional facilitator assists employers and employees to resolve disputes when their own unassisted efforts have not succeeded.
Research the systematic investigation into and study of materials, sources, etc, in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions; an endeavour to discover new or collate old facts etc by the scientific study of a subject or by a course of critical investigation.
Qualitative research Qualitative research involves collecting and analyzing non-numerical data (e.g., text, video, or audio) to understand concepts, opinions, or experiences. It can be used to gather in-depth insights into a problem or generate new ideas for research.
Quantitative research involves collecting and analyzing numerical data for statistical analysis.
Innovation Innovation is the process of creating something new that has significant value to an individual, a group, an industry or a society. -- James Higgins
S-curve in innovation represents product performance, competitive advantage, or generated value over time. During the evolutionary change, performance starts from a slow initial phase, goes through an accelerated and scaled interval before it stabilizes and matures.

Stakeholders a person with an interest or concern in something, especially a business.

Strategy a plan of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim.
Culture culture in business refers to the combination of shared core values and practices in a company.

Active listening Active listening is the practice of preparing to listen, observing what verbal and non-verbal messages are being sent, and then providing appropriate feedback for the sake of showing attentiveness to the message being presented.
Empathy Empathy is the action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experience of another of either the past or present without having the feelings, thoughts, and experience fully communicated in an objectively explicit manner.
